1. Flight Cancellations Due to Weather or Technical Issues:

  • If a flight is canceled due to weather conditions or technical problems, we will either postpone your flight to the next day or issue a full refund (100%).

2. Cancellations by Customer:

  • If you cancel your booking more than 24 hours prior to your scheduled flight, you will receive a 50% refund of the total amount paid.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled flight time are non-refundable.

3. Rescheduling:

  • If you need to reschedule your flight, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.

4. How to Request a Refund:
